At Digitral, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we offer the following exceptions:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing your purchase
  • You experienced significant issues during the download process

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Processing Time
