At Digitral, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we offer the following exceptions:
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- The product purchased is defective or not as described
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing your purchase
- You experienced significant issues during the download process
Request Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase with the following information:

- Description of the issue
- Screenshots or documentation of the problem
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital products that have been downloaded
- Subscription fees for expired periods
- Custom or personalized products
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
